What About Fad Diet Plans?
What is the difference between what is known as a “Fad” diet and diet plans that are just scams? Probably a couple of hundred dollars! Fad means something that is undertaken, possibly by a lot of people, for a fairly short time before moving onto something else.
Fad diets are those that will promise fast weight loss because they are nothing diet plans more than a fast, (depriving yourself of some category or two of food) followed with some basic exercises that may or may not get your heart rate to where it needs to be. Fad diets are all around us and they come and go as often as the new moon!
Are you always looking for the next “Revolutionary Diet?” They are already here and they are called common sense, practical, scientifically based, nutritionally balanced diets that can help you lose weight and keep it off!
Where do you find them? Grab a glass of water, get rid of the junk food, expand your selection of fruit when you go to the grocery store and then eat sensibly!
